Athletewear with reflective element
Fast fashion brand H&M is expanding their athleticwear offerings this summer, this new product design with reflective material.
The items were designed in collaboration with the Swedish Olympic team that’s heading to Rio. The team tested the collection for efficacy and performance. H&M, a Swedish company, also provided the team’s uniforms with reflective tape for the international games, but those designs won’t be available to the public.
“This is a collection about performance with great style, and the input of the Swedish Olympic team has been invaluable in the creation process. The result is high-fashion, technical sport clothing for everyone to wear,” says Pernilla Wohlfahrt, design and creative director at H&M, in a press release provided to SELF.
Plus, there are a few reflective patterns. Some of the items are fabricated from recycled polyester, which aligns with the brand’s other sustainable fashion efforts. And most importantlym it’s affordable. will be available in stores and online starting July 21st.
