G20 Summit brings more challenges to safety clothing industries

  As we all know, the 11st G20 Summit will be held in Hangzhou on September 4-5, 2016. It brings many opportunities to our city of Hangzhou, such as improving the urban image, developing the tourist industries etc. But at the same times, it also means big challenges to the safety clothing industries around the Hangzhou or surrounding cities.
  Now more and more people have attached great importance to environmental protection and start to control the environmental pollution. Hangzhou, as a famous tourist city, now becomes the host of G20. We city should act as role model. And government has issued a series of policies to rectify the fluorescent fabrics’ dye factories and require them to product all products more environmentally friendly, some unqualified factories will be asked to stop production. Therefore, the cost of the fluorescent fabric increases. As a result, the cost of the reflective safety vest or other related safety clothing will increase too. You know, the market competition is extremely fierce, but labor costs keeps growing in China.
  So it is a great challenge to the reflective safety clothing factories now. How to keep reasonable profit? How to maintain global market share or expand the market share under this circumstances? This is a serious problem we must think about.
