Additional duty of High visibility reflective safety clothing coming from China into U.S. will be reduced to 7.5% starting from February 14, 2020

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined to modify the action being taken in Section 301 investigation by reducing the rate of additional duty on certain products of China from 15 percent to 7.5 percent.
Applicable as of 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time on February 14, 2020, the rate of additional duty will be 7.5 percent for products covered by Annex A of the August 20, 2019 notice (84 FR 43304).
Background information: On September 1st, 2019, The U.S. started putting an additional Tariff of 15% on the remaining 300 Billion Dollars of goods and products coming from China into the U.S., including High visibility reflective safety clothing (safety vest, reflective raincoat, reflective pants, reflective jacket...)
