Our soft reflective fabric

   Let's talk about our popular product soft reflective material. We have developed this new style for years, if you attend any fabric show or fair in China or abroad, you can see lots of improved reflective material, like soft reflective material on sportswear, and fabric with reflective pattern printing on umbrella. And lots of the visitors pay lots of interesting on it. It is become more and more popular fabric in the market.

We have several different kind of soft material on sale now, most popular one is grey color same as “CSR-1303-2” but with much more soft. With difference backing material, we used 100% polyester taffeta and the other one is made of 100% nylon taffeta. Nylon taffeta is much more expensive than polyester taffeta. Most of the clients order soft reflective fabric to make up one whole garment. front and back, but we have to pay attention to the features of the fabric, the ultra soft reflective fabric we have. We did not do any water pressure and tearing resistance test compared to outdoor technical jacket, which has high requirement of water pressure test and with high tearing resistance. They are different fabric.

We have several colors to be choose for soft material, like orange, yellow and red color, jumbo rolls for the fabric can reached to 140cm wide. For soft material, once rolled and packed into cartons, it is better not to recheck it again, if you need any inspection, it is better to come to our factory for inspection during the time it is under production. Since soft material will turn into twinkle for 2 times rolling.
