How to make customized logo on reflective material
Reflective material is widely used for work wear, sportswear and all kinds of safety products. It provides high visibility and safety to the wearers. The reflective material is more and more popular in the market.
It’s a good idea to print customized brand on reflective material to enhance your brand influence in the market. There are 3 printing methods to print on reflective materials.
The first method is printing on the base fabric of reflective material. This method is good for reflective material distributor, the printing costs is low based on big quantity and won’t affect reflective surface quality.
The second method is silkscreen printing on reflective surface of reflective material. The costs are higher than 1st method, while the brand name could be seen after reflective tape sewn on garments. It could be multi colors (usually 1-4 colors) printed, and it requires 1 printing plate for each color.
The third method is laser printing on reflective surface of reflective material. The cost is highest compared to 1st & 2nd methods. Laser printing also could be seen after reflective tape sewn on/ iron on garments. It could be only 1 color printed and no need for plate.
